• ​Special Order items cannot be returned or refunded
• ​Items that can be returned are subject to the manufacturers restocking and carriage fee, please ask if you wish to see the individual charges
• Returnable items must be un-opened and in original packaging
• No product can be returned once it has been installed unless faulty
• 50% deposit is required when ordering with the balance owing paid on or before the delivery
